Architecture: Concrete House

it's no secret that i have a crush on most anything concrete.  so when i saw this amazing home over at contemporist i think i might have squeeled with glee.  this concrete house is located in the mar azul forest and was designed by BAK architects.  read the entire article here to find out how and why this structure came to be.  (via contemporist)

this is my favorite photo.  the ceiling vertical lines meeting the walls horizontal lines, the parallelogram window and dining table that mimics it.  love. also, those ranch windows below in the bathroom are pretty fantastic.
