Etsy Lunch Hour: Twozdai
i really love the work of twozdai a. hulse (pronounced "tuesday") and these beautiful acrylic painting with photo transfer pieces from her etsy shop. i received a sweet email this morning from twozdai informing me of an opening in seatle this week and wanted to share it with my readers. wish i lived close to seattle to see it! if you do, go check it out. see below for details.
These dramatic new works will be on display at Poco Wine Room (1408 E Pine) from June 5 to 30. An opening reception on June 10th will be held from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. to coincide with the Blitz Capitol Hill Art Walk. Sizes range from 8" x 10" pieces, to an impressive tiled set measuring 4' x 5'.
In addition, Twozdai is a prolific artist and will also be contributing pieces to the group "Murder of Crows show" opening the same night at Retrofit Home's new location (1003 E Pike). Retrofit hosted a previous showing of past works in the Skyline series and were eager to include her dynamic and unique pieces again.
