Etsy Lunch Hour: Paint Chips

Lately, I have been seeing a lot of paint chips recycled into fun art projects. It started with my friend Monica of "of paper and things" and her post on paint chip card holders. Then, I was in a trunk show yesterday and one of the sellers used paint chips for her jewelry tags, which I found adorable.
