Finish: Acid Etch Concrete Floors

I saw these concrete floors by transparent house a few months ago and have been dreaming of them ever since. I very commonly specify concrete floors on projects I work on, but they are usually stained and/or polished and am waiting for the day I am able to do something remarkable with an acid etch design. How beautiful is this?
